A serial entrepreneur, Devaraj has been a leader in business, digital media, and mobile technology for 20 years. A former Deloitte and Accenture Strategy consultant, Devaraj is also a LP and Fund Advisor to ENIAC, a venture capital firm specializing in seed, startup, and early venture investments, as well as the Vice-Chair of the Second Chance Foundation, a non-profit organization set up to help alleviate poverty in South India through locally-based NGOs. Prior to founding Thirstie, Devaraj had a number of successful ventures to his name, including building his own digital agency and selling it to an Inc. 500 Company. A former VP at Amex, Devaraj is a frequent speaker and expert voice on innovation and e-commerce, having been quoted by Forbes, Fortune, CNBC, Fox News, Business Week, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, Business Insider, HBR, and Forrester Research, among others. Devaraj studied Organizational Psychology and Investigative Journalism at Ohio Wesleyan University and earned a Fellowship in Business Management and Japanese at Kansai International University.
Winner of the Forbes 30 Under 30 award in 2017, Max is a product expert with experience in data analysis. Prior to founding Thirstie, Max was an Economic Database Manager at Haver Analytics. He also created a social network and community website, Mixely, that provided startup professionals in the U.S. the ability to connect. He also completed the prestigious NEA Design Studio Program in 2015, and has previously thrived in data analysis for asset management firms. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and was also a Division I tennis champion.
