Returns Policy

By purchasing products from duly licensed beverage alcohol retailers through online transactions facilitated by the Thirstie website (www.thirstie.com), Thirstie mobile application, or through one of the Thirstie channel partner sites or services (collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), you signify that you have read, understand and agree to the following return policy.

All returns and/or exchanges are subject to federal and state law.

All returns and/or exchanges are at the sole discretion of the participating retailer.

All returns and/or exchanges are between the online consumer and the respective participating retailer that sold the product to the purchasing online consumer.

Returns and/or exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis if your product has been damaged during delivery through no fault of your own. If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us at inquiries@thirstie.com. Our customer service team will assist you in contacting the relevant selling retailer from which your product was purchased, so that you can communicate directly with that retailer.

You must send a valid picture of the damaged product to the retailer and follow any additional instructions or requests from the retailer to effect a return or exchange of purchased alcohol beverages. If the retailer approves a return or exchange, the retailer will work directly with the online consumer to refund a return or offer a product in exchange for the damaged product. Thirstie’s customer support team is available to assist you in your communications with the retailer if requested.

THIRSTIE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT A RETAILER WILL ACCEPT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
